ABOUT
My name's Mo Samuels. I help men change their lives and transform their physiques whilst living lto the fullest.
I used to struggle with confidence and body image issues when I was younger. I was skinny, then got fat and was picked on in school. It got to a point where I was too insecure to get undressed in front my girlfriend.
Something had to change. I began to train and slowly, I started to see my physique progress. People began to pay me more attention, treat me differently and best of all I began to gain confidence in myself.
Then, when I was 17, I was suddenly struck by an illness that left me hospitalised and needing multiple surgeries. I was stuck in a hospital bed and lost all progress. I went from transforming my physique and mindset, to losing everything in a matter of months. I left hospital broken, barely able to walk and weighing only 60kg.
Weeks went by and I lay in bed miserable and depressed, until one day I had had enough. I started to train again with the sole mission of being able to run. Progress was slow but within a few months I smashed past that goal and thought to myself why stop here? Why settle for average? I've come this far, why don't I push my physique to the next level and see what my body is capable of.
The next few years I fell in love with training and bodybuilding. I went form this shy, insecure kid, to a guy who looked amazing and felt even better, dripping with confidence (probably too much at times).
I competed in the highest level of amateur bodybuilding, coming first place in my Men's Physique Class, all off the back of multiple surgeries.
After winning the show I wanted more freedom and flexibility in my life. I wanted to see if it was possible to have a world class physique whilst not being locked in a gym all day counting grains of rice and eating salad leaves.
I spent the next few years, travelling, partying and enjoying myself as I discovered how you could do both.
Fastforward to present day and here we are. I became a coach to transform the lives of men and push them beyond what they thought they were capable of.
I want to teach you how to transform your physique, and transform not only physically, but mentally as well.
